Returns

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 2 days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• If you need an exchange, email us at finlayhughees@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards, personalized items, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank or payment provider.
• It may take 5-10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
